Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is required in full upon placing your order, we accept debit card, visa and mastercard payment via protx secure payment.

We will give a full refund on goods which in any way fail to meet the description given, provided they are returned within ten working days, un-worn, un-damaged and un-sized with the original packaging. We advise that returns be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery as this guarantees delivery and insures the item. The exception to this refund policy is with any item which has been specially sized to order either smaller than J or larger than Q, or any of the “specials” which have been sized for you, unless the goods are faulty.

Upon the arrival of a returned item we will confirm receipt by e-mail and arrange refund to the source of the original payment. Where goods have been returned due to a fault we will also refund your postage costs.

Delivery
 
Your purchase will be sent in a presentation box, carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition
and will be despatched within 3 - 5 working days.

All purchases are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which will require a signature.

Should your order fail to arrive the package can be traced via the number we supply you with, using the track and trace facility at http://www.royalmail.com/.
In the unlikely event of goods being damaged in transit, contact Royal Mail customer services immediately on
08457 740 740 and keep all the packaging for examination by them. Please also inform us of any such problems.
